Eligibility is triggered through:
A Newly Hired Employee with Full-Time employment designation
A Team Member who has experienced a PT to FT employment status change and is now newly eligible for benefits.
A Team Member who has experienced an employment tier change.
Once eligibility has been triggered, the employee has 30 days to enroll. The date listed in their email is their benefit effective date, if they choose to enroll. This information is included in their communication along with a link and instructions on how to enroll. Failure to enroll during this time will result in the Team Member forgoing their ability to participate in benefits (without a qualifying life event)

All team members are eligible to earn Paid Time Off after 1 year of service at CFA Keller or N Tarrant. After 1 year of service, you will automatically be enrolled in the plan above. Directors have a seperate plan. Please contact Rachel Kimes for the details of that plan.
