Forgot to clock in or out?  Here's where to get that corrected!

Please submit all time punch corrections within 24 hours of the initial mistake.  All adjustments must be submitted by 12pm on Sunday.  This is to ensure all corrections are properly marked before closing of pay periods.

Using your PTO for sick time or vacation?  

Please submit sick time the same day that it is taken.  Please submit all other paid time the day before your leave begins.  All submissions must be submitted no later that 12pm on Sunday.  This is to ensure all submissions are properly marked before closing of pay periods.

Looking for additional uniforms?  Please submit this form if you would like additional uniform items. All Team Members will receive 1 uniform for free at hire. All Team Members may purchase 2 additional uniforms per year at a 50% discount.

All Team Members are required to wear Chick-fil-A outerwear.  If you would like to purchase your own jacket at 50% cost, use the link below.  50% discount is limited to one jacket per year.

Chick-fil-A, Inc. partnered with StateFoodSafety, an online food safety education company, to provide a more customized Food Handler Card training. The purpose of this entry-level course is to provide Team Members with the necessary knowledge for food safety and basic hygiene. With proper training, food handlers are more likely to improve food safety by reducing risks and behaviors commonly associated with foodborne illness outbreaks.
