My name is Liz Fritz, Operator of Chick-fil-A Keller. I have had the privilege to serve Guests and Team Members with Chick-fil-A for 21 years. I graduated with a Management Degree from Purdue University and was encouraged by my Chick-fil-A Operator in Lafayette, IN to pursue the opportunity to own and operate my own Chick-fil-A franchise. At that point in time, in 2004, Chick-fil-A was still a pretty unknown brand in many parts of the United Sates, but I was inspired by Truett Cathy’s vision to care for guests like you want to be treated, 2nd mile service, and to work with excellence in all we do. The corporate purpose to glorify the Lord through care, impact and stewardship aligned with the vision I had for my life. The Lord has brought me on an adventure to Atlanta, OKC, Los Angeles, and Temecula, CA where I operated my first Chick-fil-A restaurant for 6 years. Thankfully in 2014 we were excited to have the opportunity to come back home to Texas and to build and operate the current Chick-fil-A here in Keller.
My husband Ben and I have been married for 20 years and have enjoyed living in Keller and deepening our roots in the Keller community. We have 4 kids; Lydia, Jonah, Ethan, and Caden. I enjoy good food, travel, sports, gardening, camping, and puzzles in my free time. I serve at Milestone church on the guest experience team and enjoy coaching middle school girls basketball at the kids’ school. I have had the privilege of serving on the DFW Chick-fil-A Marketing Board for 6 years, to grow the brand and develop community partnerships in our area. I really enjoy working with the Team to serve our amazing Guests in Keller. Seeing our Team develop new skills and confidence in customer service and leadership is one of the most rewarding things to me. Our promise to you is that we will equip you to be your best in your time at Chick-fil-A. We are so thankful to have you on our team and we look forward to “impacting lives” with you!

Originally from Mexico, Chick-fil-A was her first opportunity in the workforce and she's never looked back. Gabby's favorite things about the job are the people — whether that's helping team members learn and grow, building relationships, or connecting with guests every day. Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and hunting down the best real Mexican tacos she can find. Her Chick-fil-A order? Spicy — no pickles.

Her favorite part of the job is the team, and she wants everyone to know just how far Chick-fil-A can take you. Outside of work, Lily loves spending time with her family and dog — and fun fact, she's traveled to 9 different countries! When she's eating at Chick-fil-A, you'll find her going for the fries.

Her passion is developing and growing young leaders, and she wants everyone to know it's always okay to ask for help. Nuggets, of course.
Eryn is a FOH AD in Training at Chick-fil-A Keller, bringing four years of Chick-fil-A experience across three different stores. Originally from Arlington, Eryn started at Chick-fil-A at sixteen to save up for prom — and never left! She loves the opportunities Chick-fil-A provides and the people she gets to meet along the way, and she's proof that this is far more than a fast food job. Outside of work, Eryn spends time with her fiancé Mason (a AD at the N Tarrant location!) and their cat Cleo, enjoys Sundays with family, and is a self-described movie enthusiast. With a dad born in Italy, her love of pasta runs deep. Her Chick-fil-A go-to? The Egg White Grilled breakfast sandwich with Pepper Jack cheese.
Jason is an BOH AD at Chick-fil-A Keller, where he's been part of the team for 5 months. A Texas native and Guyer High School graduate, Jason discovered a love of cooking at age 13 and has been chasing that passion ever since. His favorite thing about Chick-fil-A is that every day brings a new learning experience — and he wishes he'd known sooner just how much of an impact the team makes on people through food and hospitality. Outside of work, Jason spends time with his daughter and loves playing basketball. His Chick-fil-A order is the jalapeño ranch club with a grilled filet, and nothing beats his grandma's homemade ziti with her special sauce.
Jon is an FOH Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A Keller, where he's been part of the team for 7 years. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Jon has had quite the journey — from running his own lawn care company to becoming a licensed funeral director — before being invited into the Chick-fil-A family by his first operator, who recognized his natural gift for hospitality. At the end of the day, Jon's favorite thing about the job is simple: the people. He wants everyone around him to succeed, and he'd encourage anyone new to look into the scholarship program as an added perk of working here. Outside of work, Jon stays busy with his church youth group, family time, golf, and fishing. His Chick-fil-A order is the chicken strips, and when he's eating out, you'll find him going for a good steak.
Michael Childers is a Senior Director at Chick-fil-A N Tarrant, where he's been part of the team for 5 years. Originally from Asheville, NC, Michael initially joined Chick-fil-A while finishing real estate school — he even got his license — but loved the job so much he chose to stay. In 2024 he had the unique experience of helping with grand openings in Canada for five months. His favorite things about the job are the friendly competition of chasing great results with the team and watching each team member grow over time. Outside of work, Michael hits the gym and spends time with his girlfriend Lily, and his dachshund Dale. His Chick-fil-A order? Spicy sandwich with Pepper Jack.
Samantha is a FOH Director, where she's been part of the team for nearly four years. A Fort Worth native, Samantha came to Chick-fil-A after years in customer experience, drawn by the company's reputation for growth opportunities — and she's made the most of every one. Her favorite part of the job is developing others and helping her team achieve their goals, just as she was supported throughout her own journey. She wants everyone to know that mistakes are just learning opportunities in disguise! Outside of work, Samantha loves drawing on her iPad, playing video games, and spending time with her pets. Her Chick-fil-A pick is the cookie parfait, and when she's eating out, she's going for a bowl of caldo.
Joey Bellamy is the Back of House Director at Chick-fil-A, where he's been part of the team for 5 years — starting with his very first job here! A local to the area, Joey is currently pursuing his Associate's in Business Administration at Tarrant County College, bringing that same drive for growth to everything he does at work. His favorite thing about the job is the people he gets to work alongside every day. Outside of work, Joey is a creative soul — he loves playing guitar, singing, and writing songs. His Chick-fil-A go-to is the fries, and when he's eating out, a good steak is always the answer.
Abby is an Assistant Director, where she's been part of the team for 6 years — and this was her very first job, starting at just 14 years old! A North Richland Hills native, Abby was drawn to Chick-fil-A because she wanted a job where she could serve her community and be part of a great work environment. She loves the team and the positive impact they make together, and she'd encourage anyone new to put themselves out there and make connections with their teammates from day one. Outside of work, Abby enjoys reading, drawing, and spending time with family and friends. Her Chick-fil-A order is the waffle fries, and off the menu she's a chicken parm fan.

Originally from Hurst and raised in Denton, Ryan has been working in restaurants since he was 17, drawn in by the fast pace and the people. His favorite part of the job is making genuine connections with guests every day — something he didn't realize would have such an impact on him. Outside of work, Ryan is into watching anime and reading comic books. At Chick-fil-A he can't pick just one — breakfast calls for the Egg White Grill, and lunch means the grilled sandwich. When he's eating elsewhere, it's New York style pizza all the way.
Mason is a BOH Assistant Director, where he's been part of the team for 5 years. Originally from Michigan, Mason's Chick-fil-A story started early — he loved the brand so much that he applied back in middle school, and the rest is history. He thrives on the community he's built here and the constant opportunities for growth. Always willing to try new things, Mason is someone you can count on to jump in wherever needed. Outside of work he loves playing basketball and hunting down good sushi. His Chick-fil-A order? The Spicy Deluxe, no contest.
